Comment on SN.... : M.Turatto et al. pointed out in IAU Circular N 6667, 1997, that its spectrum closely resembles that of SN 1991bg one day after maximum ( Turatto et al. 1991, MNRAS 283, 1). SN 1997cn could be important in light of D.Branch's and S. van den Bergh's paper ( D.Branch & S. van den Bergh, 1993, AJ, 105, 2231 ) named "Spectroscopic differences between Type Ia supernovae in early-type and those ones in late-type galaxies". One can call this supernova as a "twin" to SN 1991bg in a certain sense. But let us see what will happen with SN 1997cn in the future. We adopted "Ia" designation for the type of the SN as in case of SN 1991bg.
